There is no catch. SILA is a membership model, not a commission-split agency. You pay 960 AED per month for access to the platform — AI agents, office infrastructure, back office, legal support and the lead marketplace. From every deal you close, 100% of the commission is yours. We earn from memberships and from the optional leads marketplace, where a split applies only on leads purchased through SILA's own AI system — never on your own clients.

960 AED is roughly the price of one dinner for two in Dubai — but it gives you licensed brokerage infrastructure, a personal AI agent trained on the Dubai market, back office and compliance support, access to qualified buyer leads, and ongoing training at SILA Academy. Compared to 20–30% commission splits on every deal at a traditional agency, even a single recovered transaction makes the membership cost irrelevant. For a new broker, the AI agent alone saves dozens of hours a month.

It qualifies incoming leads and produces full client briefs, automates WhatsApp and email follow-ups on your cold base, generates captions, posts and content plans in your tone, builds presentations and investment memos, tracks lease and renewal timelines, and coaches you with tailored scripts and objection handling. You set it up once, and it works alongside you every day.

SILA generates buyer leads through YouTube, SEO, Telegram, Instagram and paid campaigns. Each goes through AI qualification before reaching you. You receive a full Lead Brief — name, language, budget range, purpose of purchase, financing type, timeline, preferred area and property type, an AI deal-probability score and a recommended next action. You choose to purchase at the Starter tier (500 AED, 70/30 split) or Pro tier (1,000 AED, 80/20 split), with a 5–15 minute SLA to respond once a lead is assigned.

Your AI agent reactivates old leads you haven't touched in months, keeps you front-of-mind for past clients, produces professional presentations and memos in minutes rather than hours, and handles deal tracking so nothing slips. SILA supports brokers through the licensing process. If you're working toward RERA certification, speak to our team — we can guide you through the requirements and help you join as a trainee under SILA's licensed umbrella while you complete your credentials. Qualified licensed brokers can begin operating immediately upon onboarding.

SILA operates on a monthly membership with no long-term obligation. Join, test the platform, use the AI agents and decide month by month. Founding members who join during the initial cohort receive preferential pricing locked in for their tenure — an incentive for early commitment, not a penalty for leaving.

The platform and AI agents operate primarily in English and Russian, with Arabic support in development. Critically, your AI agent can generate client-facing content in any language your clients speak — English, Russian, Arabic, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Hindi — matching the buyer's language at every touchpoint, from WhatsApp messages to investment presentations.
